What is property management (rental management)?

Property management means entrusting the management of your rented house, apartment, or commercial real estate to a professional. You remain the owner and retain control, while we handle the follow-up that comes with renting: from communication with the tenant to financial and practical tasks.

Property Management or Property Stewardship: what exactly does a property manager do?

A property manager is responsible for the management and optimal yield of private properties/lots.
In practice, property stewardship can include, among other things:

  • finding new tenants and concluding lease agreements
