Job description
For LTC Vastgoedadvies, we are looking for a motivated trainee real estate agent who wants to develop into a fully-fledged and high-quality real estate professional.
We are not a traditional real estate agency, but a real estate boutique that works with fully prepared files, exclusive listings, and a strong focus on trust and quality.
During your traineeship, you will be actively involved in the entire process of sales and rentals.

Your tasks

• Prospecting and intake of new properties
• Supporting sales and rental files
• Preparation of files (certificates, documents, analysis)
• Guiding viewings and handling client contact
• Assisting during negotiations
• Building knowledge around real estate legislation and practice
• Active presence in the region

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience) required for the BIV track
• Strong interest in real estate and commercial activities
• Entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and result-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Professional and reliable appearance
• Willingness to grow towards an expert level
