Job description
For LTC Vastgoedadvies, we are looking for a versatile profile that combines administrative skills with commercial insight and a feeling for marketing.
You will become a central link within our agency, ensuring that files are not only built up correctly, but are also positioned professionally and attractively in the market.
We work with fully prepared files and a strong focus on quality — you will help monitor and strengthen this standard.

Your responsibilities

• Building up and following up on sales and rental files
• Collecting and verifying certificates and documents
• Publishing properties on real estate platforms and social media
• Writing and optimizing real estate texts and advertisements
• Handling telephone and written contact with clients
• Scheduling and following up on viewings and appointments
• Supporting agents with ongoing files
• Following up on leads and prospective buyers/tenants
• Actively contributing ideas regarding marketing and visibility
• Structuring and improving internal processes

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent through experience at a high professional level
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a customer-oriented mindset
• Interest in marketing and real estate
• Highly structured and accurate
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
• Eye for quality and detail
• Experience in real estate or CRM systems is a plus
